Mixed feelings about True Botanicals products
I've been using True Botanicals for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with the products. The brand focuses on using all natural, non-toxic ingredients in their skincare line, which I appreciate.
I started off with their Clear Collection, which is specifically formulated for oily, acne-prone skin. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first. I've tried so many different skincare lines in the past that promised to clear up my skin, but none of them ever really delivered. But I was pleasantly surprised with True Botanicals. After just a few weeks of using the products, I noticed a significant improvement in the texture and overall appearance of my skin.
The Clear Collection includes a cleanser, serum, and face oil. The cleanser is really gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry, which is a problem I've had with other cleansers in the past. The serum is lightweight and absorbs quickly, and the face oil is really nourishing without feeling heavy or greasy.
I've also tried a few other products from their line, like the Radiance Collection and the Nourish Collection. The Radiance Collection is designed for dry, dull skin, and it definitely gives my skin a nice glow. The Nourish Collection is for mature skin and it's really hydrating and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Overall, I've been really happy with my experience using True Botanicals. The products are effective and I love that they're all natural and non-toxic. And the pricing is also reasonable.
One thing to note is that they only sell their products through their website and through select online retailers, so you won't find them in physical stores. Chebula Serum Offer
The products are great and work well, but they're a bit pricey. I got the Chebula Serum Offer, which came with a bottle of Chebula Serum, facial cleanser, and a 15 ml bottle of Pure Radiance Oil. But when I got my order, I was bummed to see that the 15 ml bottle was actually three small sample bottles. It was kinda misleading based on the pictures they used in their marketing. These small samples are a hassle to use and not what I was expecting from the deal.
makeup purchase
I've been using this makeup for over a year now, and it's definitely helped with some redness, but there are still a few problem areas on my face that I can't seem to cover up. The worst part of all this has been the customer service. I recently ordered a new cleanser and made changes to my oil subscription, but when both products arrived, I reached out to them multiple times by phone and email and didn't get any response. It's so frustrating when you're trying to get in touch with them and nobody answers! I think I might start looking for a new makeup brand because, honestly, if a company doesn't have good customer service, they're not going to last long. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with their customer service, and I'm really disappointed.
