Faulty bag handle
I recently had an issue with a bag I bought for my mom where the handle fell out after only using it a little. It was a bummer, especially because the bag was pricey. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I'd have to pay £25 for a new handle. It's frustrating when a fancy brand makes customers pay for fixing an expensive item that hasn't been used much. The lack of care and respect for customers in this situation is worrisome, especially with high-end stuff. Sadly, this experience has me reconsidering my loyalty to the brand and feeling let down. When I buy luxury items, I expect top-notch treatment and service, and this just didn't meet those expectations.

Purchased blazer on Black Friday
I just wanted to share that I ordered something online during the Black Friday sale, but it never showed up. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd look into it. I even contacted the delivery company and learned there were problems on the day it was supposed to arrive. But, despite giving all this info, the case got closed without a fix. The whole experience left me feeling let down and annoyed by the lack of communication and follow-up on the problem.
