Three pairs purchased.
I just bought three pairs of shoes and I have to say, overall I was really impressed. It did take a little while for them to get here, but I'm in the UK so it makes sense. I love that they're not only good for my feet, but also good for the environment - that's a big win in my book. I'll definitely be getting more in the future.

I was so happy with the cabinet knobs and drawer pulls I bought from Goldenwarm. They totally changed the look of my kitchen cabinets and gave them a modern touch. Installing them was easy and they feel really strong and well-built. I would for sure suggest Goldenwarm to anyone wanting to spruce up their home decor.

Pump tube purchase
I bought a pump tube from this store and it was a letdown. It cracked after just one day, even though it was my second tube. It was disappointing because the plastic was too thin to handle the pressure. I was expecting something more sturdy and trustworthy, but sadly, that wasn't the case here.

Mosquito repellent skin cream
I've been using this skin cream as a mosquito repellent for years and let me tell you, it works like a charm! I live in a place where there are tons of mosquitoes, but ever since I started using this stuff, I haven't gotten a single bug bite. Not to mention, it smells really nice, not too strong, and it's super easy to put on. I definitely suggest giving it a try if you're looking for a more natural way to keep the bugs away without using anything too harsh.

Dinner plates
I recently bought some dinner plates from this store, and unfortunately, they arrived broken in the package. But man, the customer service I got from Carol was amazing. I gave the store a quick call and Carol was super helpful and efficient in fixing the problem. She got a new set of plates sent out to me and even gave me a refund for the first delivery fee. I was really impressed with how smoothly she handled everything. The email confirmation I got not long after also made me feel reassured that they were taking care of the issue. Despite the plates arriving broken, I was really happy with the customer service Carol provided.

Bluetooth Earbuds
I bought some Bluetooth earbuds from Daily Steals not too long ago, but I never got my order. It's been more than two weeks now, and I've tried contacting their customer service a bunch of times. Unfortunately, they haven't been very helpful and seem pretty indifferent. The people I talked to didn't really seem to care about fixing my problem and would just end the chat without offering any solutions. I had to keep reaching out to them, and it was super annoying. I don't think I'll be buying from Daily Steals again if this is how they treat their customers.

My package got sent to the wrong city by mistake, but when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me right away the next day. They apologized and even offered me a full refund for the mix-up. Even though it was annoying not getting my order on time, I'm thankful for their fast response and effort to fix things.

I was really impressed with how fast and good her help was. Thanks to Clara, I avoided a big hassle of dealing with a wrong delivery. I really liked how professional and focused she was on my problem.

School assignment captioning tool
I used the captioning tool on this platform for a school assignment not too long ago. But I totally spaced on canceling my subscription, and only figured it out in January of the next year. So, I reached out to Customer Service to explain what happened, and was bummed to find out they would only refund me for the most recent month. Even though I hadn't used the service since the previous year. I think it's pretty shady and disappointing that the company is okay with taking money for a service that I didn't even use.

Fast delivery but no free returns
I recently bought something from this shop and was really surprised by how fast it got here. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping myself and not get a refund for it. Basically, if I need to send something back, I have to cover the cost of shipping there and back. That's a big no for me, so I won't be shopping here again.

House powerwash voucher purchase
I bought a voucher to get my house powerwashed back in March 2020 and set up an appointment for May 5th. The problem was, the guy who was supposed to do it never showed up, even after confirming the appointment the day before. I tried to reschedule a bunch of times, but he kept flaking and wouldn't answer my calls or texts. One time, he said he'd come on May 18th, but then he didn't show up at all, even though the weather report said it was gonna rain. I asked for a refund from the website, but it's been a pain trying to get it sorted out.

Black leggings with mesh cutouts
Oh man, I bought these black leggings with mesh cutouts from this store, and let me tell you, it was such a bad experience. First off, the website is super slow. I just wanted to get some cute leggings, not sit there forever waiting for the page to load. And don't even get me started on the prices - way too expensive. I love their styles and materials, but I can't break the bank for a pair of leggings. Plus, all the stores near me closed, so online shopping was my only option, which turned into a nightmare. I added the leggings to my cart, but when I checked back later, they were gone! Ugh, so frustrating. I'm definitely steering clear of shopping here again.

Webinar Invitation Issues
I'm really upset about all the spam I keep getting from webinar invitations. This company lets people load spam lists into ANY webinar invite, so I'm flooded with emails I don't want. And even though there's a "Stop Webinar Emails" link, it only lets you opt out of certain emails, not all of them. It's so annoying not having control over my inbox like this. I think this might be breaking data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA, so I'm going to report them for it.

Front end splitter purchase for 2021 Mustang Mach 1
I recently got a front end splitter for my 2021 Mustang Mach 1 from this shop. At first, I wasn't sure if it would fit right on my car, but the person I talked to on the phone was really professional and helpful. They said if the splitter didn't fit, I could return it for free and get a refund. Sadly, it didn't fit like I hoped, but I was happy with the customer service. I reached out to the shop and they quickly gave me my money back as promised. I really appreciate the great service from this business and will definitely think about shopping here again. I'm excited about the chance to get a splitter that fits my Mach 1 in the future so I can show off their product on my car.
