    I had a really bad experience with this brand. They said there was a discount on their website, but when I tried to pay, it got canceled out of nowhere. I contacted Customer Service to ask why, and all they said was "sorry, no discounts available." And to top it off, I messaged them on Instagram a week ago and still haven't heard back.

    My package got sent to the wrong city by mistake, but when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me right away the next day. They apologized and even offered me a full refund for the mix-up. Even though it was annoying not getting my order on time, I'm thankful for their fast response and effort to fix things.

    What a stunning home with incredible views, set up just right for 4 couples! You've got 3 big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus a smaller 4th bedroom that's just down the hall from a bathroom. There's even a powder room conveniently placed near that smaller bedroom. The kitchen is a dream with a huge wrap-around counter, ideal for when you've got multiple chefs in the house. And let's not forget about the living room and patio - those wall-to-wall sliding glass doors open up to some breathtaking views, perfect for catching those beautiful sunsets. And the cherry on top? The unobstructed ocean views down below. Plus, you're close to town and have shopping options like Safeway and Walmart just a short ride away. It's like paradise!

    Fast delivery but no free returns

    I recently bought something from this shop and was really surprised by how fast it got here. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping myself and not get a refund for it. Basically, if I need to send something back, I have to cover the cost of shipping there and back. That's a big no for me, so I won't be shopping here again.

    Sunscreen and serum

    My experience with the products I bought was pretty disappointing. The sunscreen made my skin super greasy, which wasn't the look I was going for. Plus, the serum didn't do much for my skin - it even seemed to make my face irritated. Even with these problems, I still wanted to give an honest review, so I didn't mention the irritation from the serum. But my review got rejected, and when I tried to find out why, I never got an answer. I was surprised by this lack of professionalism, especially considering how expensive the products are.

    I'm really loving my new phone safety accessory! It makes me feel a lot safer when I'm out and about, especially in areas with good cell service.     House powerwash voucher purchase

    I bought a voucher to get my house powerwashed back in March 2020 and set up an appointment for May 5th. The problem was, the guy who was supposed to do it never showed up, even after confirming the appointment the day before. I tried to reschedule a bunch of times, but he kept flaking and wouldn't answer my calls or texts. One time, he said he'd come on May 18th, but then he didn't show up at all, even though the weather report said it was gonna rain. I asked for a refund from the website, but it's been a pain trying to get it sorted out.

    I recently had a really frustrating experience with my order from this company. I ordered some stuff back in June and was excited to get it this month, but turns out they sold more than they had and just cancelled my order without even telling me. Not cool at all - they totally dropped the ball on communicating with customers and making sure we're happy.

    Rustic farmhouse mirror

    Oh my gosh, this mirror is adorable! It really gives my room a cozy feel. The wooden frame is really nice and the mirror is so clear. It was simple to hang up and it was packaged really well, so it didn't break during delivery. I absolutely love it!

    I've been shopping at this online store for a while now, and I have to say, I'm always super impressed with the service and products I get.     Webinar Invitation Issues

    I'm really upset about all the spam I keep getting from webinar invitations. This company lets people load spam lists into ANY webinar invite, so I'm flooded with emails I don't want. And even though there's a "Stop Webinar Emails" link, it only lets you opt out of certain emails, not all of them. It's so annoying not having control over my inbox like this. I think this might be breaking data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA, so I'm going to report them for it.

    Front end splitter purchase for 2021 Mustang Mach 1

    I recently got a front end splitter for my 2021 Mustang Mach 1 from this shop. At first, I wasn't sure if it would fit right on my car, but the person I talked to on the phone was really professional and helpful. They said if the splitter didn't fit, I could return it for free and get a refund. Sadly, it didn't fit like I hoped, but I was happy with the customer service. I reached out to the shop and they quickly gave me my money back as promised. I really appreciate the great service from this business and will definitely think about shopping here again. I'm excited about the chance to get a splitter that fits my Mach 1 in the future so I can show off their product on my car.

    Bought 4 items, only 2 showed up, bad customer service

    I ordered 4 things, but only 2 arrived. They rescheduled the delivery from Friday to Monday, and only 2 items showed up. The installation crew was friendly, but the new fridge didn't work properly. On top of that, the customer service line takes forever to answer. I'm done shopping here!

    2 boxers, wrong size

    I ordered 2 pairs of boxers, but they sent me the wrong size. When I called customer service to try and exchange them, they said it couldn't be done for this category. It was a terrible experience, so be cautious when ordering from this seller on Ajio!
