This place is such a joke! So I ordered this skincare product, right? And get this - I never even got it! Can you believe that? And on top of that, they won't refund me for it, even though I never actually got what I paid for. Such a scam! Seriously, don't even bother coming here - it's not worth the trouble or the money.

Replacement pods order
I recently ordered replacement pods for my vaping device, and the website said they came with coils. But when the package arrived, there were no coils included. So, when I filled the pods with e-juice, they leaked everywhere without the coils. I contacted customer service about it, and they gave me a dismissive response saying the pods are always sold without coils. But after checking the website again, I saw they updated the description to say coils are not included. This dishonesty really bothered me. Now I have leaking pods and no solution in sight. I'm thinking about doing a chargeback to fix this, but I wish it didn't have to go this far.

Smartphone (iPhone 7)
I bought a smartphone from this company not too long ago and at first everything was going great. The package was good, it arrived quickly, and it looked like it was brand new. But then, I started having issues with the battery. Once it dropped below 28%, the phone was basically useless. I tried to take care of the battery, but it still ended up dying completely after only 7 months.

Flower order for daughter's birthday
I'm really upset at the way this company handled things. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and they never arrived, just like many others. I never got a confirmation receipt, and every time I tried to contact them, it was a dead end. The 800 number doesn't work, the Chat Line is down, and emails to support and "Richard" have gotten no response. On top of that, they charged my card right away. It's not right and seems like they're running a scam.

I was really disappointed with the delayed delivery of my personalized gifts from YesCustom. They originally said it would be there by Christmas, but I didn't get them until 12/23 because they weren't giving good updates or communicating well. Their customer service was pretty bad too. I had to bug them multiple times before finally hearing back.
