Customized t-shirt order
I was a customer of this online store, and I have to say, my experience was not good. It took a really long time, 2 1/2 months to be exact, and I had to send multiple emails and even contact the Better Business Bureau before I finally got my order. Every time I communicated with the customer service team, it felt like they were blaming the post office for the delay, saying the package must have gotten lost. It was frustrating because they didn't seem to want to admit their mistakes or communicate clearly. A good business should take responsibility for their errors and be transparent with their customers.
