Christmas advent calendar
I pre ordered 3 Christmas calendars in September. They were supposed to be delivered before December 1. When I called the end of December to check on them they told me they ran out. I had to call THEM. They said they would issue a refund( December 1, not here yet). No one offered ANY alternative solution to the 3 gifts I had counted on. I called to speak to a manager on December 1 and was left on hold for 40 minutes and never got to speak to one
wine club special offering
Been with the club now for about two years, all was going very well and I was receiving wonderful wines that I didn't have to guess whether they were going to be good or not when purchasing. Then this last April they offered a special case with 3 free additional wines that were rated quite highly. I thought the offering was interesting, so I ordered the special which was a total of 15 bottles on April 26th 2020. The shipment was supposed to be delivered May 6th which was the day they charged my CC the $272.00 for this order. Then I got the email that the shipment would be delayed - no date for when it would ship. Then another email saying the shipment would arrive on May 20th. On May 20th I got a shipment that I had to sign for as if it were the wine but it was two wine glasses that I didn't order. I checked the shipping tracking and it showed that I had received the wine on May 20th and the order was complete. I called several times, was assured it would be taken care of. Nothing yet. I emailed four times in May and June and not even an acknowledgment or an "I'm sorry" or anything. They since have added two addtional orders just 2 weeks apart, I cancelled one of them, but the other was already on it's way and I still don't have the order that was placed on April 26th. At this point I could not and would not recommend joining this club. I am filing a disputed charge with my CC compsny in hopes of reversing the charge for the April wine order, I am sure I will here from someone once that is done. Too bad, the wine was great, the club stinks.

Was a recurring customer for almost 4years
Great wine, was a customer for almost 4 years but had issue with two cases in a row, couldn't get in touch with customer service, spent hours on hold only to get disconnected, never got the cases I ordered but paid for, sent multiple emails over a month to customer service, all went without reply from Macy's. So I guess they can keep the $500 I paid but lose out on the roughly 200/month I was spending.

Macy's offered to free crystal wine glasses with their case order.
Received the wine never received the glasses.
I emailed and got no response.
I called waited and waited, it took forever for someone to answer.
I finally talked with a Michelle, she took some information and then disconnected me.
No return call back.
This wine club has shown no integrity whatsoever.
If I can't trust him with two wine glasses, why should I ever trust him with 12 bottles of wine.
P.S. word of mouth is the best advertisement to get sales.... Unfortunately there's no good words here for me to share with my friends and family.
