I gotta be honest, my shopping experience at this store has been kinda weird. I bought something from them nine weeks ago and I've been chatting with their customer service team about my order. They've been quick to respond and apologize in their emails, but my order still hasn't been sent out. It's frustrating to hear all these detailed reasons for the delay but not actually see any movement on getting my order to me. I think they should work more on getting orders out on time instead of just focusing on talking to customers.
