Long-time user of financial software
For more than thirty years, I've been using this financial software to manage my money and reach my financial targets. But lately, I've noticed some pesky bugs and problems that really need fixing. Like, when I try using big fonts, some windows and pop-up boxes end up spilling over my screen, which totally messes with my ability to click on certain buttons. It would also be super handy if they could add a "Printer Setup" button to the toolbar for easier check printing.

This whole situation really turned me off and I won't be using this service again.

This company is seriously the worst. I bought a gift card online and then out of nowhere, some sketchy charge shows up, nearly wiping out my balance. Dealing with customer service to dispute this mess has been a total nightmare - every time I try to register my card, the stupid system crashes. And forget about talking to an actual person for help - it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Don't even think about getting a gift card from these guys, it's pretty obvious they're up to no good with their awful service.
