    Projects are lit! Cinema at home feel

    I loved their projectors which are great for cinema experience at home. The variety is ideal for people according to their specific requirements.
    The 12 foot projection make the device to put farther, have more space inbetween, easy to place or install as well.
    the display quality is lit!.
    I am not boasting, it is really changed the way we see movies.

    The device arrived on Friday, Nov 5th. I removed the device from the box and followed instructions for charging. The device had not charged after 24 hours, so I reached out to the toll-free number included in the packaging. Their automated answering machine informed me that they no longer accepted calls for assistance and all help would be provided via email. I emailed. All responses I received were in Russian. I emailed in English. I speak/read English. I was able to translate their emails with Google, but they were all automated generic replies stating they would help within 24 hours. One week later, I still have not been helped, and my device will still not charge. I purchased the extended warranty. I doubt that will be helpful if after only one week I can't get assistance. I have now asked if I can return my item, since I only have 14 days to do so. Again, no response. Would not recommend.
