I recently bought the Sleeveless Wrap Dress from Marcellamoda New York and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with how nice it is. The fabric is super soft and comfy, and it fits me just right. The wrap detail gives it a classy touch, so I can wear it to both casual hangouts and fancier events. Every time I wear it, I get so many compliments and it makes me really happy. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making this dress perfect with all the little details and good quality craftsmanship.

OMG, these beads are amazing! There are so many to choose from and they arrive super quickly! One time they made a mistake with my order, but they fixed it immediately. I've ordered beads from them three times and they always come through. I love using their beads to make necklaces, they're the best!

Protein shake purchased
The customer service I got from Amy was really great. She reached out quickly about an issue with my credit card and was able to fix it in a nice way. I really liked how helpful she was. One thing I think could make it even better is adding estimated delivery times on the website, like Chewy and Shutterfly do. When Amy said my order would take 7-10 business days, I was caught off guard and had to change my delivery address because of my travel plans.

Vitamin C serum purchase
Let me tell you about the time I went to this fancy cosmetics store that everyone talks about. I wanted to pamper myself with a Vitamin C serum and thought Bluemercury would be the perfect place for a little luxury skincare splurge. Well, let me tell you, I was dead wrong! I got the serum in the mail, and when I eagerly tore into the package, guess what? The bottle was expired! Can you even believe it? I was so let down. I didn't shell out my own hard-earned money just to get a product that should have been thrown away a long time ago. The fact that this store doesn't pay attention to detail or quality control is just not okay. If you're going to charge a ton of money, the least you can do is make sure your products are fresh and not expired!
