Online order mishaps
I made a purchase online thinking it would get here quick, but it didn't. They told me they refunded me because of a mistake in the warehouse. I took a chance and tried again, but this time my order was missing stuff and I got charged extra. Now I'm not happy and not sure if I want to buy from them again.

ACT course purchase
My time with the ACT course was awesome, mostly because the instructor was amazing. She was super nice and always there to help us out, never making us feel like we were being rushed. The daily questions and seeing her pets at the end of class made learning fun and interesting. All in all, I thought the course really helped me get ready for the ACT.

Misleading hotel guarantee
I just booked a hotel through Hotwire thinking I was gonna stay at a big chain hotel, but ended up at a totally different spot. Hotwire said I was gonna stay at a specific hotel chain, but I got put in a Sonesta Select instead. The customer service reps I talked to seemed like they were just reading off a script and couldn't give me a good reason for the mix-up.
