Smooth transaction, fair prices, decent customer service
My experience with this online skincare store was pretty good. The buying process was simple and the prices were fair. Customer service was average, nothing amazing but no complaints either. However, I did notice that the quality of the products was not top-notch. The packaging and delivery were good though, so that was a plus. I don't regret buying anything yet, but I'm not sure how long the products will last.

Fragrance order
I totally agree with the other customers who have been talking about how bad the customer service is from this fancy perfume brand. It's really a bummer because their scents, like Virgin Island Water, are so good (even though I think they've jacked up the prices a lot over the years). I tried getting in touch with them a bunch of times, but they couldn't even give me an invoice for my online order - that's just not right.

Ring repair issue
I had a really bad time with the customer service at this store. I reached out to them a bunch of times by email and phone about fixing a ring that lost a diamond right after I got it. Even though I tried to check in, all I got were vague answers and they even hung up on me when I called their hotline. It was super frustrating and just plain disappointing.

Travel Toothbrush Purchase
I just bought this travel toothbrush that comes with a new head and battery every three months. Let me tell you, I'm really digging how easy it is to take this brush with me wherever I go. It's small, which makes it perfect for traveling and super convenient. But, I have to admit, the tape strip that's supposed to attach the brush case to a surface is a cool idea, but it didn't work too well after a couple of uses. Still, overall, the quality of the toothbrush is awesome. Their customer service for subscribers is also amazing. I had a few issues, but they were taken care of quickly and generously, which really impressed me.

The online course content was really helpful and easy to follow. It gave me a lot of good information in a way that made sense. But, I did run into a problem with fees going up after an app update, especially when all I wanted to do was finish my assignments. Before, fees were only a thing if you wanted extras or needed stuff done quickly.

Ordered an item and had multiple issues with customer service
I've gotta tell you, I had a pretty rough time with customer service the other day. I needed some help with an item I ordered, but even after sending a few emails as the website instructed, I didn't hear back for over a week. It's got me second-guessing sticking around as a customer, especially since I've been coming back for more than ten years now. Ordered trees two years ago they showed up dead. They gave me a credit NOT a refund so I ordered again this year and it says shipped and nothing is showing up. Customer service is a call center in India. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.
