I gotta say, my recent experience ordering online from this store was just not up to par. Like, they've got some awesome stuff, but man, the whole online ordering situation is a mess. It took forever for my orders to actually ship, and on top of that, I got the wrong stuff in 3 out of the 5 orders I placed. And don't even get me started on trying to get in touch with them via email - zero response. Just really frustrating all around.
Missing Dyson Airwrap
I was on the phone with customer service, and they told me they checked with the warehouse and claimed they put 2 Dysons in the box, but I only got one. Now they're saying they won't give me a refund or send a replacement and I'm calling them thieves. Dealing with this whole situation has been super annoying, from the missing item in the first place to the unclear communication about what's going on with UPS. I'd definitely warn people to not order from this company.
Wasted Money and Time
I've never had such terrible customer service before. I ordered something that never showed up, and when I tried to get in touch with their customer service through emails and phone calls, I didn't get a helpful response or a solution to my missing order. It's annoying to see my order stuck in "label created" status for over two weeks with no updates. I just don't have the time or energy to keep going after Bluemercury for an order that should've been here by now. This has been the worst experience with customer service I've ever had.
Email spam, Customer service
Bluemercury's customer service is the absolute worst. I tried multiple times to stop getting their emails, but they just kept coming. It was so frustrating how they wouldn't help me out or even respond. I ended up having to block them completely. I never even bought anything from Bluemercury, so I have no idea how they even got my email. I definitely won't be giving them my business in the future after this terrible experience.
Vitamin C serum purchase
Let me tell you about the time I went to this fancy cosmetics store that everyone talks about. I wanted to pamper myself with a Vitamin C serum and thought Bluemercury would be the perfect place for a little luxury skincare splurge. Well, let me tell you, I was dead wrong! I got the serum in the mail, and when I eagerly tore into the package, guess what? The bottle was expired! Can you even believe it? I was so let down. I didn't shell out my own hard-earned money just to get a product that should have been thrown away a long time ago. The fact that this store doesn't pay attention to detail or quality control is just not okay. If you're going to charge a ton of money, the least you can do is make sure your products are fresh and not expired!
