Safe and high-quality adult toys
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the adult toys I bought from this store. I've been shopping here for a while now, and I can tell you they really care about quality and safety. Their products are all body-safe and free from any harmful stuff. Plus, they have awesome deals that help you save some cash while still getting top-of-the-line stuff. I also love how well-done and clean their product photos are - super nice to look at!
Lingerie and toys
As a frequent customer, I've always had an amazing experience with this company. Their service is top-notch, they have a great variety of products at good prices, and the shipping is really quick. This is definitely where I go for all my lingerie and toy needs.
Non-discrete shipping experience
I recently bought something from this company because they said they ship things discreetly. But when my order came, the packaging showed exactly what was inside. It made me feel awkward, especially because of what I ordered. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were dismissive and didn't take responsibility. They said they wouldn't take it back due to the nature of the product, even though I realized it wasn't for me and found a different company that would accept returns no problem. The way this company treated me was really disappointing, so I had to get PayPal involved to finally get it fixed.
Vibrators
I bought some vibrators from this place not too long ago and man, what a letdown. The product quality was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. The first two vibrators crapped out on me after just a month because of battery problems. The company said they fixed the issue and sent me replacements, but those ones had the exact same problem. Then when the third vibrator bit the dust, the company went radio silent on me. They didn't reply to my emails and they even blocked my negative review on their site. Trying to return those faulty products was a real headache, and I spent more time dealing with that mess than actually enjoying them. So frustrating and disappointing, for real.
nJoy Pure wand and other items
When my order from PeepShow Toys arrived, I couldn't wait to dive into the nJoy Pure Wand and the other goodies I had picked out. They had a great selection of body-safe toys, and those Black Friday deals were hard to resist. But things took a turn for the worse when my order got tangled up in a delivery problem with USPS.<br><br> I reached out to customer service, and they initially suggested a fix involving price matching and reordering. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to follow up, I got no response from the customer service team. It was tough feeling like I was being ignored and left in the dark about what was happening with my order and how they were going to fix the delivery mess.<br><br> In the end, they refunded my money, but the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The lack of communication and follow-through from customer service was frustrating. I was really hoping for a good experience as a potential repeat customer, but the way they handled things has made me think twice about buying from PeepShow Toys again.

I ordered an item that once it arrived, clearly wasn't for me. When I tried to return it, they said no returns because of what it was. Even though once I realized it wasn't for me, I bought a similar item from a different company and they accepted a return without question.
I had to turn to PayPal. At which point, they went into specifics as to what the product was and talked about my body in ways that would lose them a ... harassment case in court!
Now I have to worry that they will exploit other personal information that they gathered as part of this transaction.
