Cool vibrating toy
So, I picked up this awesome vibrating toy from this store, and let me tell you, it was amazing! It had all these different settings and features, and I was really excited to try it out. But things took a turn for the worse when my order got tangled up in a delivery problem with USPS.<br><br> I reached out to customer service, and they initially suggested a fix involving price matching and reordering. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to follow up, I got no response from the customer service team. It was tough feeling like I was being ignored and left in the dark about what was happening with my order and how they were going to fix the delivery mess.<br><br> In the end, they refunded my money, but the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The lack of communication and follow-through from customer service was frustrating. I was really hoping for a good experience as a potential repeat customer, but the way they handled things has made me think twice about buying from PeepShow Toys again.

I ordered an item that once it arrived, clearly wasn't for me. When I tried to return it, they said no returns because of what it was. Even though once I realized it wasn't for me, I bought a similar item from a different company and they accepted a return without question.
I had to turn to PayPal. At which point, they went into specifics as to what the product was and talked about my body in ways that would lose them a ... harassment case in court!
Now I have to worry that they will exploit other personal information that they gathered as part of this transaction.
