NextDayContacts.com strives to ship your contacts as fast as humanly possible. Their goal is to have your contact lenses delivered to your doorstep by the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. They do not deliver on the weekends at this time. Orders placed after 3 pm CT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays before 3 pm CT will arrive on Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm CT on Friday – Sunday are shipped on Monday and will arrive Tuesday. Once an order is picked up and scanned by UPS, the system will send an automatic tracking link. Please note, sometimes there is a delay in the two systems as it pertains to updates. P.O. Box and Military base orders are routed to the USPS. It generally takes more time to deliver to these addresses. It is recommended that you use an alternative address for faster shipping if possible. You may return contact lenses within 30 days in case you are dissatisfied with your purchase. They will send you a shipping label via email. Simply print the email and ship the contacts back to them. Simply return any unopened boxes. Sometimes your prescription changes. In the event your prescription changes, they will swap your contacts for your new prescription.
