Not their “next day,” sadly — but not all bad
don’t count on actually getting contacts the next day. I ordered well ahead because I needed them by the 11th and everything looked fine at checkout. Prescription verified fast. Then silence, and three days later an email saying they were backordered. No timeline, no alternatives, nothing. I called and emailed right away — kept at it every day — and finally got a reply that the only option was a refund. No offer to try a different brand, no idea if there were partial shipments, nada. That part felt sloppy. On the plus side, the verification went smoothly and the reps did respond eventually, so it wasn’t radio silence forever. Still, having to chase them and then wait up to 10 days for a refund? That sucked. My advice: if you need contacts fast, use someone who shows stock during checkout or who gives clearer options. If you have time to wait and hate phone calls, maybe this will work out for you. I’m slightly optimistic they can improve — a simple stock indicator and a proactive alternative would change everything. Felt disappointed, but not furious; just annoyed and tired of the back-and-forth. Hope they tighten up their processes. Oh, and keep a backup pair next time.
