Review about: Next Day Contacts
Prompt delivery promised, but not delivered
I was so let down by the service from this company. I bought some contacts thinking I'd get them the next day, based on the company's name. Even though I ordered in plenty of time for next day delivery, they didn't ship my contacts like they said they would. I believe businesses should be transparent and take responsibility for their actions, but this company didn't do that. I asked for a refund right away and won't be shopping here again.
