Quick delivery disappointment
I was trying to find an easy way to get my contact lenses quickly, so I thought I'd give this company a shot. I placed my order early to make sure I would get it the next day, and I ordered during the week to avoid any delays over the weekend. But I was surprised to get a message from the courier saying my order was delayed because the company didn't send it out on time. I tried to contact customer service to figure out what happened, but I didn't hear back from them. This whole thing was really disappointing, so I think I'll just stick with my old supplier.
