I got the most amazing watch and man, did I love it! It was all sparkly and classy, and whenever I wore it, I felt like a million bucks. But then, it started acting up so I had to reach out to them. The folks there were seriously awesome and got it fixed up in no time. I'm totally crushing on this company even more now!

Oversized beanbag chair
I just got this huge beanbag chair from Beanbag Factory, and I have to say, it really surprised me in a good way. It arrived super fast and was even better than I expected. This chair is big, fluffy, and hasn't lost its shape even after I've been sitting on it a lot. It only took a day for it to fluff up on its own without me doing anything. The only downside is that there's a weird smell coming from the filling that's been sticking around for two weeks now. Despite that, I would totally buy from them again.

Winter jacket review
So I got this awesome winter jacket for Christmas and I was super pumped to wear it. But then the dang zipper broke and I was so ticked off! Had to send it back to get it fixed, and let me tell you, they totally messed it up the first time. I had to send them pictures and everything just to finally get it fixed right. But then they went and sent it back to the wrong address, and guess what? It got swiped! They said they'd send me a replacement, but man, it was nowhere near as good as my original jacket. I've been trying to reach out to them for like 7 months now and they won't even bother to respond. It's driving me crazy!

Wig purchase
I've had bad experiences with ordering stuff online, but this time was different. I ordered a wig from this site and got it super fast, in just 2 days. And let me tell you, when I tried it on, I was blown away. It fit perfectly on my head and the lace matched my skin tone perfectly, no adjustments needed. I haven't worn it out yet, but just putting it on got me feeling so hyped. Stay tuned for an update after I rock it out!

I just gotta give a shoutout to this amazing customer service I got from Joyce. She really went the extra mile to rush an order for my son's orthopedic brace.
