My experience with this company was pretty disappointing. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and the whole process was a hassle. However, I was a little let down by the customer service I got when I was placing my order. There wasn't much communication, and it took longer than I thought it would to get a response to my questions. But once my order was confirmed, the delivery was fast and the packaging was solid. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of the product, but I wish the service had been better while I was ordering. Overall, I'm happy with my sunglasses, but I think there's room for improvement in the customer service area.
