I recently ordered these awesome personalized checks with my favorite animals on them. Right after I placed the order, I saw a review online claiming that the website was involved in fraud, so I got a little nervous. However, my checks were delivered and they turned out great! I guess it was just a mix-up or something because I didn't encounter any problems. I'm really pleased with how they turned out.

I bought some outdoor gear from Gritr Outdoors recently, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the quality. It was obvious that the item had been opened before, but they didn't mention that in the listing. Plus, there was a damaged lace hook that they didn't tell me about either. I feel like they tricked me as a customer, and now I'm definitely not happy with the whole experience.

Meal kit delivery experience
I've had a mixed experience with those meal prep deliveries. The recipes were cool and really yummy, but some were a pain to make. It would be nice if they gave different instructions for folks who might be missing stuff like a blender, oven, or microwave. Also, figuring out how to reach customer service for any problems with my order or ingredients was tough. Other services make it easier to get help without having to hunt for contact info.

I bought a Rad City 5+Stepthrough bike that's still under warranty. Not gonna lie, it's failed twice on me. The first time, it took like 1.5 months to get fixed! Now, it's gone and failed again. Been about a month since the power electronics mounted were defective. I have to say, I'm pretty bummed out about the quality of this bike.

Refund request after purchase
I tried to get a refund on the same day I bought the software, but I never got it. They sent me an email saying it would be processed in 10 days, but it never happened. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and chat, but I never heard back. The software wasn't working like it was supposed to, so that's why I asked for a refund.

Screen protector and phone case
I bought a screen protector and phone case from this company recently, and I have to say, I wasn't thrilled with how things went down. The package they arrived in wasn't even properly sealed, so half of my stuff was missing when I opened it up. I had to reach out to customer service and wait for them to send me a replacement, which was a bit of a hassle. Then, when I finally got around to trying to put on the screen protector, it was a pain to get it on without any pesky bubbles. Plus, it didn't even feel the same as the original screen that came with the phone, which was a bit of a letdown. All in all, I was pretty disappointed in both the products and the service.
