Recent check order issue
I recently ordered checks from an online company and, unfortunately, ran into a major issue with my order. When I got my checks, I noticed that my account number was messed up, which resulted in some checks not going through properly. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times by phone and email, but all I got were annoying automated messages and no help from customer service. It seems like I'm not the only one having problems with this company because other customers have been facing issues too this year. This company used to have a good reputation for great customer service and good prices, but something seems to have changed lately. I really hope they can figure out their problems and get back to offering the awesome service they used to be known for.

Airpod Pros
I got these Airpod Pros from this place and oh my goodness, they were absolutely amazing! They were really clean and sounded incredible in my ears. And to top it off, they came in this really neat box that kept them safe during shipping. I had never shopped there before, but I definitely think I'll be going back for more because it was just that good!

Customer Service
The customer service at Spocket is amazing. I talked to a representative who was super nice and really took the time to help me understand what was going on with my issue. Because of them, I was able to fix the problem quickly. They were also really patient with all my questions and made sure I was clear on everything. Big shoutout to them for going above and beyond with their service!

Delayed Parking Permit Issue
When we got to the hotel, we ran into a problem because they didn't have our parking reservation on file. We had to wait around for them to sort it out, which put us behind schedule for getting to the airport. It was a hassle. The front desk people acted like it was a major issue and said a manager would have to fix it. Eventually, they gave us a parking permit, but the whole thing left us feeling unsure about the parking setup for when we come back.

Silver chain purchase
I got this really cool silver chain necklace from that store, but man, it was pretty pricey. It looks amazing, no doubt about that, but still. They only had one size of chain, which was a bummer. The gift bag that came with it was torn up, not a huge deal for me since it wasn't a gift, but seriously, they could package it better next time.

Skincare products
I ordered some skincare products online not too long ago. Sadly, I never got my order, and even after trying a bunch of times to reach customer service, I still haven't gotten a refund. It's pretty frustrating dealing with this lack of responsibility and bad customer service. I definitely wouldn't suggest this site to anyone after my negative experience.

Last-minute flight diversion
The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible. I needed to switch my pick-up time because my flight got redirected, and even though I let them know an hour and a half ahead of time, they still didn't come at the new time. This made me wait at the airport for three hours, wasting valuable time on my trip. And on top of that, I didn't even get a refund for the missed service, which is just plain wrong and shows a lack of common decency. I won't be using this service again and I recommend others stay away from this unreliable company.

two tops
I ordered 2 tops. One came within 2 weeks. The other was another 10-14 before I got it. One fit and looked good. The second was not a good fit and looks cheap. I am trying to return to no avail. I have gone on line 3 times to get help. Their chat is not live. All they do is send me a canned response which does not allow me to request the documentation I need from them to return item.. I emailed and asked them to call me. Their response was they cannot call customers! Yikes. So I guess I will just donate this second top as there is no way to return it. I will NOT order from t hem again.

Laundry Products and Degreaser
It is so wonderful to be able to avoid the laundry aisle in the grocery store where one needs a gas mask to go through! I get the unscented Wash and Rinse, which are lovely. Using the Dryer Angel, I have virtually no static
I have to modify my bi-monthly order because I am always trying other things, like their essential oils and other cleaning products. The other products are okay, just not my favorite. Except for the Degreaser. I LOVE IT! Gets grease and oil out of clothes, cleans the oven, cleans the grill. Very little scrubbing needed.

Sample laundry detergent
Looks like a scam to me. I made the mistake of ordering a sample box from these folks because I trusted the people who recommended them. I was unimpressed with the products. A month later they're telling me they're going to ship my next order. When I called to ask why they're trying to send me products I haven't ordered, I got a recorded message on an annoying loop assuring me they would be right with me to assist. Supposedly there was a 6 min wait time. I waited 21 minutes until another recording kicked in telling me there was no one to assist me. "Please leave a message or call back".
Then I checked for reviews on this company (belatedly!). There are some very negative ones mixed in with a couple of positive ones that sound like they were written & submitted by the company themselves.

Laundry Machine cleaner
Did not clean the mold and dirt around the rubber gasket in the front loading machine. Very disappointed in the product.
Nothing will be able to clean a gasket except for someone's hands! Mold permanently stains the rubber. Dirt - there is probably no place for it to go. These are known problems with front load machines. The cure to the mold is to clean and sanitize yourself. Wipe the dirt out after every laundry day. Then keep the machine door open to air dry. I never had a problem once I started doing this.

Bali Bras, Basic Sexy Underwear
I am so excited about finding my Bali Satin Tracings Minimizer Bras. I have been wearing these bras for over18 years. They are so comfortable and uplifting that I sleep in them. I was sad when I could not find them. I ordered 5 new ones, so that I will have some for a long while. I am a 44G and the fit is great and the price AMAZING. The only down side is when underwire goes so does the comfort, but with careful preservation, only air drying the life of the bra is long lasting. Thank you for your service.
I ordered from this company on Jan. 31. Still have not gotten my order. I tried calling the toll free number, however, it is apparently not in service. I am calling my credit card company and refusing this charge. Will not order from this company again!

Full cookware set
I so so so wanted to LOVE these pans. . . I searched and researched EXTENSIVELY to finally buy a good set of matching pans. I even purchased 2 sets of competing pans to compare them before using either set--All-Clad and the Sardel. . . and I returned the All-Clad as I did not like the "feel" of the handle in my hand. That is the one feature I still do prefer-- the Sardel handle over the All-Clad. And the Sardel set was slightly cheaper than the price for the All-Clad set. The Sardel pans had great--almost all--5 star reviews. And it was made in Italy. . . .so it seemed like the perfect choice. But after using the Sardel set for several months now I can definitely say I made the wrong choice to keep the Sardel and return the All-Clad. I wish I had made the opposite choice. I knew the first couple of times I used them I was not happy, but the more I have continued to use them-- I realize I do not love these Sardel pans in any way -- they stick, they do not heat evenly, they are hard to clean and every time I use them they get very discolored inside and out so that they appear dirty. I have washed always by hand. I followed all the usage and cleaning instructions. I even started using a little Bar Keepers Friend powder as recommended after every use and they still were discolored and basically appear almost dirty in the interior. But I finally gave up trying to keep them looking nice as it was an impossible task. At this point my husband and son are terrified to touch the pans because I keep barking out the cleaning and handling instructions. The best pan in the bunch is the non-stick fry pan--however it is so ridiculously small it is not usable to even cook eggs in it for 3 people--you can cook at best 3 eggs. And while it is non-stick it heats very unevenly. I cannot recommend these pans in any way except that the handles are more comfortable to use than the All-Clad handles.

several sets of masks and filters
i have placed several orders and am pleased by the product. my only complaint is that it shipped via us post. because the gov is dropping the ball, delivery time has been excess. i might be willing to pay extra if UPS or FedEx is an option
I ordered three masks in the end of June and liked them so much I ordered three more masks the end of July. They are soft cotton, very comfortable, and the ear loops are adjustable for a good fit. Best of all, because I wear glasses, the masks have a metal strip so you can keep the mask close to your nose which keeps your glasses from fogging up. The masks also have a sleeve for a filter, which I am using to be even safer. Both of my orders in June and July were delivered within a week after each order.
You may not have read all the print on the webpages. They probably expect you to continue being a customer. A lot depends on how you fill out the form. I have been a satisfied user for years. Non-toxic cleaning. May be a bit more work than using an off-the-shelf bunch of chemicals but it depends on what is important to you. As a cancer survivor, less toxins mean more living.
Perhaps part of the issue was when you called. Were they even in the office? They do not work 24x7x365. Pandemic year!!! Everything was messed up last year. And they are a small company. You could have responded to the email.
