Recent check order issue
I recently ordered checks from an online company and, unfortunately, ran into a major issue with my order. When I got my checks, I noticed that my account number was messed up, which resulted in some checks not going through properly. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times by phone and email, but all I got were annoying automated messages and no help from customer service. It seems like I'm not the only one having problems with this company because other customers have been facing issues too this year. This company used to have a good reputation for great customer service and good prices, but something seems to have changed lately. I really hope they can figure out their problems and get back to offering the awesome service they used to be known for.

Dubai hotel booking
I just booked a hotel in Dubai using this platform, and it ended up being a total disaster. The website they sent me to was in financial trouble, and it was obvious that HotelsCombined didn't do their homework on the third-party providers they suggest. As a customer, it's really frustrating to think that I can't count on the service to make sure the companies they partner with are legit and trustworthy. I tried to talk to HotelsCombined about the problem, but they kept sending me back to the sketchy website even though they knew what was going on. It's not cool to risk customers like that, so I won't be using this platform again.

Airpod Pros
I got these Airpod Pros from this place and oh my goodness, they were absolutely amazing! They were really clean and sounded incredible in my ears. And to top it off, they came in this really neat box that kept them safe during shipping. I had never shopped there before, but I definitely think I'll be going back for more because it was just that good!

Recent clothing purchase
My experience with SOULER was just okay. I was able to find the clothing item I wanted pretty easily, but the ordering process was kind of slow and not smooth. The customer support wasn't that great either. It took a few tries to get a clear answer about sizing. And I thought the price was a little high for what I got. Plus, it took longer than I thought for the item to arrive, which was a hassle.

The customer service at Spocket is amazing. I talked to a representative who was super nice and really took the time to help me understand what was going on with my issue. Because of them, I was able to fix the problem quickly. They were also really patient with all my questions and made sure I was clear on everything. Big shoutout to them for going above and beyond with their service!

Dress
I just got my order and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good the dress is. The color is gorgeous, the material is really nice, and the design is so flattering. I can't wait to wear it when it gets warmer out. The shipping was surprisingly fast and the dress arrived in perfect condition thanks to the careful packaging. Plus, when I had a question and emailed customer service, they were super helpful and gave me really great assistance.

Delayed Parking Permit Issue
When we got to the hotel, we ran into a problem because they didn't have our parking reservation on file. We had to wait around for them to sort it out, which put us behind schedule for getting to the airport. It was a hassle. The front desk people acted like it was a major issue and said a manager would have to fix it. Eventually, they gave us a parking permit, but the whole thing left us feeling unsure about the parking setup for when we come back.

Silver chain purchase
I got this really cool silver chain necklace from that store, but man, it was pretty pricey. It looks amazing, no doubt about that, but still. They only had one size of chain, which was a bummer. The gift bag that came with it was torn up, not a huge deal for me since it wasn't a gift, but seriously, they could package it better next time.

Last-minute flight diversion
The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible. I needed to switch my pick-up time because my flight got redirected, and even though I let them know an hour and a half ahead of time, they still didn't come at the new time. This made me wait at the airport for three hours, wasting valuable time on my trip. And on top of that, I didn't even get a refund for the missed service, which is just plain wrong and shows a lack of common decency. I won't be using this service again and I recommend others stay away from this unreliable company.

two tops
I ordered 2 tops. One came within 2 weeks. The other was another 10-14 before I got it. One fit and looked good. The second was not a good fit and looks cheap. I am trying to return to no avail. I have gone on line 3 times to get help. Their chat is not live. All they do is send me a canned response which does not allow me to request the documentation I need from them to return item.. I emailed and asked them to call me. Their response was they cannot call customers! Yikes. So I guess I will just donate this second top as there is no way to return it. I will NOT order from t hem again.

Full cookware set
I so so so wanted to LOVE these pans. . . I searched and researched EXTENSIVELY to finally buy a good set of matching pans. I even purchased 2 sets of competing pans to compare them before using either set--All-Clad and the Sardel. . . and I returned the All-Clad as I did not like the "feel" of the handle in my hand. That is the one feature I still do prefer-- the Sardel handle over the All-Clad. And the Sardel set was slightly cheaper than the price for the All-Clad set. The Sardel pans had great--almost all--5 star reviews. And it was made in Italy. . . .so it seemed like the perfect choice. But after using the Sardel set for several months now I can definitely say I made the wrong choice to keep the Sardel and return the All-Clad. I wish I had made the opposite choice. I knew the first couple of times I used them I was not happy, but the more I have continued to use them-- I realize I do not love these Sardel pans in any way -- they stick, they do not heat evenly, they are hard to clean and every time I use them they get very discolored inside and out so that they appear dirty. I have washed always by hand. I followed all the usage and cleaning instructions. I even started using a little Bar Keepers Friend powder as recommended after every use and they still were discolored and basically appear almost dirty in the interior. But I finally gave up trying to keep them looking nice as it was an impossible task. At this point my husband and son are terrified to touch the pans because I keep barking out the cleaning and handling instructions. The best pan in the bunch is the non-stick fry pan--however it is so ridiculously small it is not usable to even cook eggs in it for 3 people--you can cook at best 3 eggs. And while it is non-stick it heats very unevenly. I cannot recommend these pans in any way except that the handles are more comfortable to use than the All-Clad handles.
