Poor return policy
I had a frustrating experience with the return policy at that store. They said they had "Free Returns," but when I returned an item, they only gave me store credit instead of putting the money back on my card. When I asked customer service to refund it to my card, they hit me with a processing fee and a shipping fee, so I actually lost money on the return. This policy seems like it's better for the store than the customer, and it left me feeling annoyed and like I was tricked.

Clothing selection
I just bought some stuff at this store and I gotta say, they've got a really cool selection of clothes. I usually shop at Chico's but this place impressed me even more. The staff was super nice and really made my shopping trip a good time.
