Teacup gift set
I just bought a cute teacup gift set from this online shop and I gotta say, I was really happy with how nice it was. The teacup and saucer looked so pretty with their delicate Victorian-style design, it made my tea time feel fancy. The packaging was really good too, made sure everything arrived in top shape. I was really impressed with how much care and effort went into making everything look great.

Damaged item, poor customer service
I bought something from this company and it arrived all messed up. I let customer service know right away, but they acted like I messed it up. Some guy named Sean said I'd get my money back if I sent it back, but now they're saying I missed the return deadline so tough luck. Dealing with them has been a huge letdown, their customer service and responsibility stinks.

Scientific calculator
The scientific calculator I bought wasn't very easy to use like I thought it would be. It was hard to figure out how to use all the functions and the instructions that came with it weren't very clear. I had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it right.
