Overpriced surprise box
This company is such a scam! I was totally finished with Stitch Fix, but somehow they gave my info to another company without even asking me. I got a random box from this new company I never heard of and was so surprised when I saw they charged me a crazy amount for it. I can't believe this is happening and I want my money back right away. It's not right for them to do this to people who trust them.

Stylish and comfortable trainers
The shoes I got from here are not just really cute, but super comfy too. They had so many different styles and colors to choose from, way more than what you see in regular stores. The customer service was amazing, real people helping out instead of irritating robots. I really respect the values and how they run their business. I'm so happy with what I bought and for sure will be back to shop here again.

Broken earphones
I bought these really awesome earphones, but unfortunately they were broken when I got them. It was a huge hassle getting the company to fix them, but I finally got replacements that work fine indoors, just not outdoors. I've been trying to reach out to Nuheara about it through emails, but they won't respond. They even deleted my comments on Youtube and ignored me on Twitter. They're not offering any help to resolve the issue. I'm really frustrated and disappointed, and I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

Panties
The underwear was really nice and looked just like the description said it would. But, I thought the cost was a little too high for what I wanted to pay. If the prices were lower, I’d probably buy some more pairs.
