Stylish and comfortable trainers
The shoes I got from here are not just really cute, but super comfy too. They had so many different styles and colors to choose from, way more than what you see in regular stores. The customer service was amazing, real people helping out instead of irritating robots. I really respect the values and how they run their business. I'm so happy with what I bought and for sure will be back to shop here again.

Prom Dress Purchase
I recently bought a prom dress from Pretty Party, and let me tell you, it was a complete mess from the beginning to the end. I ordered it on Feb 10th, and the website said they would send me an email in 3 to 5 business days about the shipment. Well, it's Feb 20th now, and I'm still waiting with no updates at all. I've tried contacting them through email, phone calls, and messenger, but it's like they don't even exist. It feels like I threw my money away. I even had to complain to the Better Business Bureau because this whole situation was just absurd. I regret ever buying anything from Pretty Party. If you're considering getting something from them, please, do yourself a favor and go in the other direction.
