My experience shopping at Caroline Hill was pretty disappointing. First off, ordering was a nightmare. The website was a mess to navigate, the checkout process was a pain, and it was just frustrating trying to buy what I wanted. Customer service wasn't much better either. When I reached out with questions, the responses were slow and didn't really help. It felt like they didn't care about my concerns. And the pricing? Don't even get me started. I thought I was getting a deal on their cheap clothes, but when I got them, I realized I had paid too much for the quality. Delivery took forever too. It felt like my order was lost for weeks, and when it finally showed up, I was no longer excited about it.

Mirrors installation
I just got the mirrors I ordered put up and they seem to be working pretty well so far. The people on the service team got back to me pretty quickly when I had questions, which was nice. They also delivered them when they said they would, which was a relief. The price was fair, but the only bummer was that it didn't come with a user manual.

Excellent customer service
I was really happy with the customer service I got from this company. The people I talked to were super friendly and always ready to help out with any questions I had. Plus, my order came earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice bonus. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again and I'd tell others to give them a try too.
