My experience with this company was pretty disappointing, I gotta say. I splurged on a bunch of stuff - shoes, bags, sunglasses, you name it - and it wasn't cheap. Ordering all my goodies was a breeze, and they arrived right on time. But, then I hit a snag when one of the items was faulty and I had to send it back. I followed the return instructions to a T, using the label they gave me. But, surprise, surprise - the return package went MIA thanks to the courier company. When I called up customer service, they said they'd look into it and get me my refund in two weeks. Well, it's been way more than two months now and I haven't heard squat. The lack of communication and help from the customer service folks is super disappointing and totally unprofessional.

Approved credit card purchase
I was really pumped to use my new credit card on this website 'cause they said I'd get a discount, but once I signed up and got accepted, they ended up charging me the whole price plus some extra! That was such a letdown! I gotta figure out what went wrong. On the plus side, that site was way cheaper compared to Priceline, Expedia, and Cheap Tickets that I looked at.
