Your company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
the order was placed 12 day ago and has not being fulfilled, and of course not shipped until now, On top of that if I cancel the order I have to pay 15% fee For what???
Just as a personal comment, don't have a phone number or direct chat to solve a customer issue is shady and coward, a respectful company will take care about services, what clearly KICKCREW don't do.
The only place that offer the shoes color that my friend want, for that I pay expensive price and a expensive shipping cost offering 2 day shipping, how ever they don't clarify that they will take for ever to fulfill your order. AVOID THIS WEB SITE
