    Virtual vet appointment

    I recently set up a virtual vet appointment for my pup because he needed a pain relief prescription. But to my surprise, I found out that the company had canceled the prescription without letting me know. This led to me having to schedule another virtual appointment, which cost me an extra $82, and it turned out to be totally unnecessary. My dog ended up suffering because of this lack of communication, and I am really disappointed with the service I received.

    Veterinary consultation for my pet Dexter

    I had a really great experience with the vet I found on Vetster. He knew his stuff and broke down everything going on with my pet Dexter. He was so patient and really listened to me, which helped me relax during the consultation. I liked how he took the time to address all my worries and answer my questions in a way I could understand. You could tell he genuinely cared about my pet's health, and his knowledge really showed. I was super impressed with the service I got overall.
