Multiple purchases
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this company and I've always been super impressed with how great the service is and how good their products are. The team always keeps me up to date from the moment I click buy to when my stuff gets to me. Some people might say a lot of their stuff is plastic, but honestly, the quality is top-notch. Everything is well-made and looks really nice, it's clear they pay attention to the little things when they're making their products. They always have cool deals and promos going on too, which just makes it even harder to resist buying from them. I definitely recommend checking out their stuff, as someone who's happy with what I got and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
Faulty firearm accessory
I just bought this gun accessory from CAA hoping it would work with my gun. But man, was I wrong. It was seriously messed up and didn't fit at all. So I hit up customer service for some help, but they basically blew me off. They said the product was fine and they wouldn't take it back. Like, seriously?? I was so upset, especially after forking over a bunch of cash for something that didn't even work. I've never dealt with such crappy customer service and lack of responsibility from a company. It's pretty obvious that CAA puts money first and couldn't care less about making their customers happy or selling quality products.
