Gift card expiration issue
I recently had a bummer of an experience when my $100 gift card expired after only 3 months. I was surprised because I didn't see any warning about the expiration date when I first used it. I felt annoyed and let down by how the company didn't give me a heads up. Plus, the Federal Credit Card Act of 2009 says gift cards shouldn't expire for five years, so that just added to my frustration. I emailed Customer Service to talk about it, but sadly, I never got a reply.

As someone who shops online a lot, I have to say that this website was really great! It was super easy to use and I had no trouble finding what I wanted. Returned glasses
I was hoping to snag some new glasses, so I decided to order a pair online. Man, when they finally arrived, they weren't even close to what I wanted! It was a total bummer, so I sent them back. But it's been forever and they still haven't refunded me. Can you believe they had the nerve to tell me to call my bank and argue the charge? Like, seriously?! All I want is my money back so I can buy some awesome glasses from somewhere else. My advice? Stay away from those folks unless you want to go through this headache!
