Online purchase of clothing
I recently ordered some clothes online, and it ended up being a real bummer. A few days after I bought it, I got an email saying my order was suspicious and they wanted me to confirm my identity by sending in my ID. I was nervous about handing over my personal info to a company I had never dealt with before. I tried to contact their customer service through their website, but they only got back to me once a day, so it was tough to figure out what was going on with my order or how to cancel it. When I tried to call them, I hit a dead-end because the number on their site was wrong and didn't help me at all. The person I finally talked to told me Blooming Koco doesn't even have a customer service number. This whole thing just left me feeling disappointed and unsure about whether they're even legit.

Prescription glasses
I just bought some prescription glasses from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, I am super bummed about the quality. These glasses look and feel like they're made of cheap plastic, and the prescription is way off. I've tried to get a refund by contacting them multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. This whole situation has been really frustrating and just downright disappointing.
