I ordered something from this site for the first time, and they keep sending me emails saying my package has been delivered, but I haven't gotten anything yet. Do you think I'll ever get my order, or should I just ask for a refund?

BitDefender download and pop-up issue
I was having trouble downloading BitDefender and kept getting bombarded with annoying pop-ups. Luckily, I contacted the tech support team at this company and was connected with Robert L. He checked out my computer, figured out the problem, and then passed me on to Cindy P. She did her thing on my machine for a few hours and now I can use BitDefender without any interruptions from those pesky pop-ups. I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding work.

In-stock tires and installation
I bought some tires and installation from TireBuyer not too long ago. My whole experience was kind of a letdown because the tires got delayed in shipping due to some technical problem. They took my payment right away, but didn't send out the tires like they said they would. It wasn't until I called them a week later that they finally admitted there was a problem and tried to fix it. But it was too late - the tires didn't show up in time for a road trip I had planned, which was super annoying. If you order from them, I suggest keeping an eye on your order and reaching out to them right away if anything seems off to avoid going through the same thing.

Basic V-Neck short sleeve tees, dye imperfections
I bought two green Basic V-Neck short sleeve tees, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. When I got them, I saw that one of the shirts had these light lines in the fabric at three different spots. It looked like maybe the dye didn't fully stick or got messed up somehow during the coloring process. The other shirt had a big ol' spot on the bottom that was lighter than the rest, maybe from ironing or dyeing. I expect better quality, especially for something as simple as a t-shirt. And to top it off, I couldn't even leave a review on the website to share my feedback.
