Wrong Gauge and Length Jewelry
They sent me the wrong size and length of jewelry. I showed them pictures and got confirmation from other piercers, but they still denied their mistake. They were so rude, unprofessional, and condescending about it. And on top of that, they didn't even offer a refund, replacement, or return label. Definitely the worst experience I've had with any body jewelry retailer.

Car rental with sneaky fee
I rented a car and when I saw they added on this "no risk warranty" fee that I didn't ask for, I was not happy. So, I shot them an email to say it was shady and I didn't like it. To my surprise, they actually took it off without any hassle. That really made me happy and I thought they deserved a good review for being cool about it.

Using free bonuses to win small amounts
I had a pretty crappy time on this site not too long ago. I was using some free bonuses and managed to win a little bit, but then they kicked me off because I hadn't made any deposits. I thought this place was all about having a good time, but it seems like all they care about is raking in money from us players. It's ridiculous! On the bright side, I did end up scoring a total of £420 in free bonuses, so I guess it wasn't all bad.
