    Nice products, terrible customer service

    I have to tell you, the stuff they sell here is really good quality, but man, the customer service is just awful. I was trying to get a return label printed and it was a total nightmare. They didn't even bother replying to my emails, and that hold music? Don't even get me started - it's enough to make anyone go insane. It's such a bummer that awesome products are being dragged down by such lousy service.

    Keylogger feature

    I just bought the keylogger feature from this service 'cause I wanted to keep an eye on what my partner's up to on his phone. I had a feeling something was off and thought he might be keeping stuff from me. But ever since I installed the keylogger, I've been able to see what he's typing and get a better idea of what he's up to online. Setting it up was a breeze, and the info I've gotten has been really useful in dealing with my worries. So far, I'm happy with the service.

    I had to get 2 extra links for a watch I bought, so I emailed customer service. They got back to me super fast and sent over an invoice for the links. I paid online right away and got the links in just a few days. This really made me think highly of the company and their cool watches.

    Airports to Rome Termini tickets

    I bought 5 tickets for a ride from the airport to Rome Termini, but I never got the tickets by email like they said I would. I've sent a bunch of complaints through their contact forms, but I haven't heard anything back. It's been really frustrating not getting any answers or the tickets I paid for. Now I'm not sure what to do next.

    Two books

    I recently bought two books online. At first, I only ordered one and checked out. But, surprise, surprise, two weeks later, two books showed up in separate boxes with two bills charging me double on my credit card. Turns out, the confirmation emails ended up in my spam folder, so I didn't realize there was a mix-up until the books arrived. I tried emailing for help, but didn't hear back for days, probably because of Covid19. So, today, I tried the live chat and was basically told to return the extra book. It was disappointing that they didn't admit their mistake, especially when customers are usually right in these situations. I asked if they could pick up the book or provide a prepaid label, but they refused. They also didn't offer to pay for return shipping from the UK to the US, which would cost more than the book itself. Even after I explained this, they kept insisting on the return for a refund. They even suggested I pay for return shipping myself, which wasn't a realistic solution. They showed no empathy or understanding throughout this whole ordeal. Eventually, the rep mentioned escalating the issue to a manager, but there's no guarantee of a quick or satisfying solution. Overall, I was pretty unhappy with the service. They didn't handle the order mix-up with the care I expected.

    The app is awesome and works really well. The customer support is excellent too. The price is a little steep, but the value and service you get make it totally worth it. Just keep in mind, they don't remind you before they charge you for the yearly premium again. So, it's a good idea to set yourself a reminder in your calendar to avoid any surprises.

    I recently bought some beads and jewelry supplies from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they treated me. I noticed one of my items was missing, so I reached out to their customer service crew. They got back to me super quick, really professionally, and with a friendly vibe. They fixed the issue right away and I was totally happy with how it all turned out. Every time I get an order from them, it's always wrapped up nice and secure for the long trip to my front door. Usually, my deliveries come right around when they're supposed to, except for one time when there was a little delay. It would be awesome if they could let us know about any delays and give us a new estimated delivery date to keep us in the loop. Oh, and I really like how they have this points system that helps you save money. It's a cool way to reward customers who keep coming back for more.
