Convenient nutrition and fasting tracker
The app has been amazing in helping me stay focused on my nutrition and fasting goals. It's really opened my eyes to how much protein I'm getting and how much water I'm drinking, things I hadn't paid much attention to before. I love the fasting timer - it's saved me so many times when I've been busy with work and lost track of time. Having everything right there on my screen keeps me from taking shortcuts.

Online Order Issue
I recently bought something online and had a big problem with it. I'm super frustrated because the customer service has been really bad. I never got an email to confirm my order, so I had to call customer service for help. The person I talked to told me to email them, so I did right away. But then they didn't respond to my first email, I had to send a second one to finally hear back from them. They said my payment didn't go through and suggested I use Sezzle or Klarna instead. I don't get why I should use a different payment method when I didn't even get a confirmation code for my first payment. It's just confusing and annoying.

I reached out to this company online and decided to order a sample product from them. Even though they said it would arrive in 9-11 days, it hadn't shipped after 3 days. When I asked if they sold the product on Amazon, they gave me a vague answer. When I told them I wanted to cancel, they stopped replying altogether. I had to start a dispute to get my money back because it seemed like they weren't going to fulfill their end of the deal. My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with this company is to stay away - it seems like they're more interested in scamming customers than providing good service.

Dual order mishandling
I made the mistake of placing two orders with this company, but they ended up putting them together in one package and sending it back to the sender without telling me why. I've tried emailing them several times but haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating to feel like I've been scammed and left in the dark. I stayed in a room at the Roman palace and accidentally hit my head. The hot tub wasn't staying hot, so I chatted with the manager. They kindly switched me to an Oriental suite room. But unfortunately, the hot tub still didn't have cold water.

The tour was really cool and interesting, showing us some cool spots in London and the UK. The guide knew a lot and was fun to listen to, which made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the bus was a little tight and the sound system was kind of fuzzy sometimes. But all in all, it was a good time.
