I bought a shelving unit from the store.
I bought this shelving unit from Yitahome not too long ago. When it showed up at my door, I opened it up and saw that one of the shelves had a scratch on it. I shot customer service an email about it and was happy to hear back from them pretty quickly. They said sorry for the trouble and gave me some money back to make up for it. The way they talked to me was professional and easy to understand, and I was glad they were so quick to help me out. In the end, I feel good about how things ended up and would think about buying from them again down the road.
