I got this super adorable black dress and a really pretty sparkly necklace from this place! The dress fits me like a glove and the necklace shines so beautifully, I just adore it! The website was super easy to navigate and my order got here really quick. I'm so excited to debut my new outfit at my friend's birthday bash!

Subscription socks for husband
I just started this monthly sock thing for my husband and he's really liking all the cool socks he's been getting. But we had a little problem with one pair from November that he wasn't feeling. So we contacted customer service and they were super cool about it, sending us a replacement pair for free in December. They even suggested we donate the unwanted pair to a homeless shelter, which I thought was really thoughtful. All in all, our time with this company has been really good and I'd for sure tell others to give them a try.

My wife and I had the best time shopping at the store in Westfield. The lady who helped us really knew her stuff when it came to the products and gave us great customer service. She was so nice and did everything she could to make sure we were happy with what we bought. Even though one of the shirts we wanted wasn't available, she made sure to get it sent to us right away.

I just wanna say thanks to the folks at this place for fixing up my busted jewelry. I was bummed when it broke, but they walked me through what went down and got it all sorted out for me. The company really dropped the ball when it came to explaining how much you have to pay each month for VIP service. And let me tell you, trying to cancel that service was a huge pain - had to go through chat or phone. Oh, and get this: if you cancel the VIP deal before making three orders, they're gonna charge you the difference of what you would've saved with that discount. Can you believe it?

I gotta tell ya, my recent experience with the company's customer service was really disappointing. I was trying to get a promotion and had to chat with an agent multiple times. But no matter how hard I tried, I was told that the promotion had expired while we were talking. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received.

F1 shirts
I got my F1 shirts earlier than I thought, which was really cool. The tracking info they sent me in the email was pretty helpful. The shirts themselves are top-notch and cost less than what other folks were charging. I was super pleased with my order from the F1 store, especially since I snagged them during a year-end sale. Quest GTX hiking boots
I picked up a pair of hiking boots for about $200, and after only two years, they started getting water in near the toe crease. Managed to swap them out for a new pair thanks to the warranty, but the same problem happened again after just two more years. Boots were still in good shape otherwise. Pretty bummed about the low quality, definitely won't be getting anything from this brand in the future.

Stroller bag purchased at a significant discount
I just bought a stroller bag from this store and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The bag was marked at £80, but I snagged it for just £20. And let me tell you, the quality of this bag blew me away - it looked just like it did in the pictures. I couldn't believe what a great deal I got and how perfect the bag was. Overall, I'm beyond happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Linens totaling over $450
Negative experience. The ordering was fine and I recieved my product in a reasonable amount of time, HOWEVER, when I paid an additional $14 to return my items, Pimary Goods has recieved my package and now it is going on 2 months and still no refund of my money, it feels like I have been ripped off. When I contact them to inquire about my refund, they reply with the same vague email everytime "we are trying to locate your package in our warehouse, due to covid we are experiencing delays" this feels like a brush off to me considering the time that has passed since they recieved it. I would not buy from them if you have any possibility you may want to return your product because you cannot expect reimbursement.

Unfortunately my experience is the same as others. The duvet snaps fall off. Customer service however agreed to immediately send me a brand new duvet and it was sent rather quickly however after one wash and dry (per the instructions with wool balls) a few snaps were loose in the dryer. The actual material seem to be high-quality, they’re comfortable and look amazing but for the price it does not deliver on the main reason this purchase was made. The idea is awesome the execution need some work.
They have amazing customer service! They replaced my broken duvet cover. And they also said they fix their snap problem already.
Right out of the box they were softer than Brooklinen sheets!
