But no matter how hard I tried, I was told that the promotion had expired while we were talking. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received.

Return issue
I had a bad experience with this company when trying to return an item. I sent it back because it wasn't what I expected, but they didn't handle the return well at all. I waited five months for them to send it back to me, which was really frustrating and disappointing. When I contacted them about it, they told me I had to pay to resend it. That just didn't sit right with me after all the trouble I went through with the first return.
