Tactical gear purchase
I just bought some tactical gear and it was pretty good. Ordering was simple and my stuff came quickly. The gear was high quality, but I had a little problem with one of the pieces breaking. I contacted Customer Service and it took a few days to hear back. But when I did, they fixed the issue in a quick chat and sent replacement parts right away.

Subscription service
I am really annoyed because this subscription service keeps taking money from my account without me knowing or agreeing to it. The way they handle billing is sketchy, and trying to get a refund has been a total nightmare. They make canceling the service super hard on purpose, with lots of steps and obstacles to deal with. Be careful if you decide to do business with this company.

My recent purchase
This company's customer service is terrible. They won't give out the right tracking numbers for orders, saying it's for security reasons, but they don't show any proof to back it up. If an item is marked as delivered, they won't give a refund or send a replacement, even if there's no solid proof of delivery. When customers ask questions, they respond in a condescending and insensitive way, which just makes things worse. I recommend anyone who's unhappy with their service to get their money back through their bank or PayPal and report this company to the right people.
