Gift purchase experience
Ya know, I recently bought a couple of weekend tickets for a special occasion, hoping to surprise someone special with a cool gift. But, gotta say, I was kind of disappointed with how it all went down. Luke, the guy I talked to about the purchase, was super helpful, but the response he gave me just didn't meet my expectations. I mean, I was excited to download and personalize the tickets myself, but the template they provided was kind of meh. Especially since I dropped a pretty penny on these tickets. I was surprised they didn't offer a gift pack option, like other companies do in the same line of business. A little gift pack could have really jazzed up the presentation and made the gift feel a lot more special, even if I couldn't physically include the tickets in it.

Two rings (replacement for engagement ring and eternity ring)
After watching those packing videos from influencers on social media, I got all inspired to check out the collection and ended up buying two amazing rings. One is gonna replace my engagement ring and the other is an eternity ring. Let me tell you, these rings are absolutely gorgeous, and the packaging they came in was so lovely, it was a nice surprise. By the way, I had a question about the rings, so I reached out and got a super quick and friendly response. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the awesome customer service I got.

Return/Exchange Policy
As a loyal customer, I was really let down by how inflexible the return/exchange policy was during the lockdown. Other stores were being understanding and giving more time for returns and exchanges because of everything going on, but Topshop didn't step up. The customer service team didn't seem to care about my worries and didn't offer any good solutions. It's just sad to see customers not being thought about during tough times like this.

Hey everyone, let me give it to you straight. If you don't want to deal with a major headache and waste your precious time, steer clear of this place. The customer service is a complete joke - they canceled my order and I was fed lies three times by some customer service rep from overseas who clearly had zero interest in actually helping me out. And don't even get me started on the shipping mess. I was told I'd get a refund and that my order was canceled, but lo and behold, the package still showed up at my doorstep. When I called to fix the situation, they had the audacity to say I needed to pay for return shipping. Can you believe that? It's just unbelievable.

I just bought a book and paid extra to get it fast, like 1-5 days. But, dang it, it showed up today, way later than it was supposed to. I didn't get any tracking updates either, so I had no clue where my order was. At least now I'm happy the book is finally here.

I've been shopping at this horse store for years and I've always been really impressed with how awesome the customer service is. The staff is super friendly, super smart, and always willing to help me out with any questions I have. Plus, the stuff they sell is top-notch and always lives up to my expectations.
I did have a little issue getting a refund one time, but when I called customer service a second time, they sorted it out right away. I really appreciated how fast and efficient the person I spoke to was, making sure everything turned out positive. Oris watch purchase
Watchmaxx doesn't have as big of a selection as some other stores, but man, their service is amazing. The prices were fair, and I finally got that Oris watch I've been wanting. The customer service folks really know their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect watch. Ordering was easy, and I got updates on my purchase status throughout. The only bummer was the delivery, which came a couple days late. Even so, I'm happy with my whole Watchmaxx experience.

The stuff from this brand is seriously amazing and not crazy expensive. My husband and I are totally into the moisturizing day and night cream. The other day, he was outside in the cold wind and his face was starting to look a little rough, so I told him to use my moisturizer. He doesn't use it every single day, but when he does, it really helps keep his face from getting all chapped. The formula isn't greasy at all, which is a total game-changer for us. Aside from the moisturizer, we're also big fans of the exfoliating scrub, hand cream, lipstick, primer, and eye shadows.
