Trish-x coat, silver fox fur lining
I bought the Trish-x coat with silver fox fur lining back in December 2023 for $1,590. The problem is that after wearing it just one time, I realized the fur was shedding like crazy! I was totally bummed about the quality, so I decided to reach out to the customer service team in January 2024 to try and get an exchange or refund. But guess what? They told me they don't do that if you remove the tags! Instead, they told me to fill out a "repair form" online. I tried to tell them I only wore it once and took good care of it, but they wouldn't listen. They made it seem like it was my fault the fur was shedding, not theirs. I was so disappointed with the product and the customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

The beads are just like they were described and the prices are reasonable. Kate was so helpful when I first placed my order. Shipping was fast and they have a lot of different options at various price points. I definitely suggest it to others. They have a great rewards system and discounts for signing up.
