Unreceived merchandise refund
I've been really let down by my experience with this company. I bought something back in March 2018 but never got it. I've tried reaching out to customer service and making complaints, but I still haven't gotten my money back for the stuff I didn't receive. And now I've discovered they're also using a different name which makes me think they're trying to trick people and not take responsibility. They keep sending me emails saying they'll refund me, but nothing has actually been done about it. I really recommend that others be careful when dealing with this company and not let themselves get taken advantage of by their shady practices.

Non-stick frying pans
I got these non-stick frying pans from this shop not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, I was so let down by how they turned out. Scotch purchase for gifting
My experience with this service was really disappointing. I decided to give them a shot instead of my usual choice, and it was a mistake. The Scotch I ordered as a gift looked like a good deal, but they sent a $20 bourbon instead. Not only did they mess up my order, but it also made me question if the replacement bottle was even real.
