I ordered once from here so far and it was for my brother as he loves hockey. So for him i bought teh customized jersey and he liked it a lot. Well, the quality of the clothes are really good and the customization is really simple, also the process is easy to understand. There are lots of stuff to try so i got the idea what i am doing or going to buy
The buying was fine and they deliver it good too. Nothing that i found bad or something like that. It was a good experience especially when i don't exactly have too much of iti. I recently bought a custom hockey jersey for my son, and man, it was a mess dealing with that customization service. I went for the Send In program and got back a jersey with a huge name bar that didn't even match the jersey's color. I shelled out 119 bucks for hand-stitched customization, but what I got was a letdown and not worth the money. I tried contacting them through email multiple times, but didn't hear back at all. Seems like they don't care about customer service or quality. Honestly, all four jerseys I sent in had problems with the alignment of the name bars and numbers. It's obvious they don't take pride in their work, so I wouldn't recommend their customization services to anyone.
Custom NHL jersey cresting work
I had a bad experience with a company that was supposed to do cresting work on my real NHL jersey. I picked them because they were local and I figured they'd do a good job. But after they were done and sent me pics, I saw that the player name and number were all messed up. I tried telling them about the mistakes, but they wouldn't budge and said everything was fine. So, I had to go find another company to fix it the right way.
