I mean, come on, you'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to make sure a customer gets the right order, right? I was really looking forward to opening my package, but then I realized one of the boxes was missing a contact lens. It's like, such a simple thing to mess up that shouldn't happen. Needless to say, I definitely won't be telling anyone to use this company.

When I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful and pretty rude. They told me they're just a middleman for other companies and can't promise when my order will arrive. This lack of responsibility is not okay, and I feel like they've ripped me off. I'd warn anyone thinking about shopping here to be really careful.
