I was so excited to sign up for a Prime subscription, but it turned out to be a total scam! I tried to get the Prime card and got denied immediately. Then, my checking account got denied too, and I have no idea why. When I called customer service for help, they were no help at all and wouldn't explain what happened. They kept saying it wasn't their fault because it's a partner's card, but why didn't they mention that earlier? And when I asked for a refund, they flat out said no! It was a total rip-off!

Hey there! Just a heads up, the unsubscribe button on the website isn't working properly. When you try to unsubscribe, it just takes you back to the settings page, which means you might still get charged. I was really looking forward to opening a business bank account with this company because I heard such good things about it. But then, out of nowhere, they froze my account!
