She was super nice, smart, and incredibly helpful. I had some questions about this Lender Match thing and she broke it all down for me. Their website is actually pretty cool and user-friendly. I can't wait to see what funding options NAV can hook me up with. I even decided to upgrade to the business boost because I have so much faith in them. Thanks a bunch, NAV!

    Business credit building frustration

    At first, I really liked using this service to help boost my business credit. But then, things started to get frustrating because they made some changes without really telling us. For example, last year they just stopped showing Paydex scores on credit reports all of a sudden. I had to reach out to someone to find out that they were still sending the info to D&B, but now we had to pay for both their stuff and D&B's in order to see our Paydex scores. It seemed like a tricky way to get us to spend more money.

    And on top of that, when a payment didn't go through, instead of just stopping my service, they kept trying to charge my card over and over until they finally sent me off to collections. It just felt so shady and like they weren't being upfront with us. The whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth.
