Nav prime credit building service
Don't bother with Nav Prime to help boost your credit score. I tried it out for a few months and my credit report stayed exactly the same. They say it works, but it definitely didn't for me. And when I contacted their customer service for assistance, they were rude and couldn't even troubleshoot my issue. It's better to save your cash and go with a more trustworthy credit-building service like Self.com business builder.
Credit score issue resolved
I had a big drop in my credit score out of nowhere. I was really worried at first, but I contacted Nav for help. They hooked me up with a guy named Fletcher who was super helpful. He listened to me carefully, figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it efficiently. And not only that, he gave me some good advice and made sure he understood what I wanted from the service. I thought the fees were worth it because Fletcher gave me such great service and support. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated he was to making sure I was happy with Nav.

Thanks to Nav, setting up business credit was a breeze for me. Even though my business was already up and running, I didn't have much going on in terms of business credit. Nav really simplified the process for me, so now I feel more confident moving forward with the knowledge that my business credit is solid.
Prime subscription scam
I was so excited to sign up for a Prime subscription, but it turned out to be a total scam! I tried to get the Prime card and got denied immediately. Then, my checking account got denied too, and I have no idea why. When I called customer service for help, they were no help at all and wouldn't explain what happened. They kept saying it wasn't their fault because it's a partner's card, but why didn't they mention that earlier? And when I asked for a refund, they flat out said no! It was a total rip-off!
Subscription renewal issue
Hey there! Just a heads up, the unsubscribe button on the website isn't working properly. When you try to unsubscribe, it just takes you back to the settings page, which means you might still get charged. Watch out for this issue because it could end up causing some problems with your credit card charges.

I was running really late when I called NAV, but luckily they were still open which was great. Meagan, the lady I talked to, was seriously awesome. She was super nice, smart, and incredibly helpful. I had some questions about this Lender Match thing and she broke it all down for me. Their website is actually pretty cool and user-friendly. I can't wait to see what funding options NAV can hook me up with. I even decided to upgrade to the business boost because I have so much faith in them. Thanks a bunch, NAV!

The customer service rep at Nav Prime was so professional and knew their stuff. I was really impressed with how they handled my questions right away. I was really looking forward to opening a business bank account with this company because I heard such good things about it. But then, out of nowhere, they froze my account! I was completely caught off guard. I couldn't pay my vendors, and they didn't give me any explanation or timeline for when it would be resolved. It was a pretty disappointing experience, to say the least. I was not happy about it at all.

Emily was really awesome and helpful, even though I didn't end up getting a loan from them. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, which was super nice of her.

Business credit building frustration
At first, I really liked using this service to help boost my business credit. But then, things started to get frustrating because they made some changes without really telling us. For example, last year they just stopped showing Paydex scores on credit reports all of a sudden. I had to reach out to someone to find out that they were still sending the info to D&B, but now we had to pay for both their stuff and D&B's in order to see our Paydex scores. It seemed like a tricky way to get us to spend more money.
And on top of that, when a payment didn't go through, instead of just stopping my service, they kept trying to charge my card over and over until they finally sent me off to collections. It just felt so shady and like they weren't being upfront with us. The whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth.
