TideWe has really good stuff at nice prices. I got a blind, binocular case, and range finder from them, and they were even better than I expected for the price. The items were sturdy and well-made, which was surprising since they didn't cost much. Ordering was easy, their website was simple to use and I found what I needed quickly. Customer service was great, they answered my questions fast and were super helpful. Plus, their prices were really good compared to other outdoor gear options. My order came quicker than I thought it would, so that was awesome. Overall, I had a great time shopping at TideWe and I'd tell anyone looking for affordable outdoor gear to check them out.

Two things bought
I ordered two adorable items online, but only received one in the mail! They wanted me to fork over more cash for the other one, but my mom put her foot down. I chatted with a few folks over the phone and all they did was claim it wasn't their fault. But come on, who else could it be, right?! Definitely not giving them my business again, that's for sure!

6 items with next day shipping
I recently bought 6 things and chose next-day shipping because I needed them urgently for a funeral. Sadly, my experience with customer service was super disappointing. I reached out after ordering to ask about shipping and when my stuff would arrive, but I couldn't get any answers no matter how many times I tried. Dealing with a company that didn't seem to know anything about their own shipping process was so frustrating. The lack of help and info from customer service left me feeling annoyed and disappointed. I ended up having to cancel my order and now I have to track down the things I need from a different store.

Items did fit properly so I returned them via mail (have receipt). Waiting over 2 months now for refund. OAS doesn't respond to emails. I paid the $250 for nothing. Would never shop again.

BEWARE! This company will send you signs with the wrong colors. Then they try and blame it on you and try to sell you more signs. After weeks of waiting for them to address my complaint of the wrong colors on my signs, they finally send me an email stating that my Adobe proof PDF/X1a:2001 format had the wrong colors. 100ct Business Cards
Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company.

Earrings
I purchased earrings at the end of November 2019. I never received them. Last I I heard was in January 2020. I was told the earrings was coming from Italy and would be delayed due to covid19. Today is September 14, 2020. The web site is shut down. No product and no refund and no contact information
Did they ever refund you? I'm in a similar situation where I need to return a shirt but they've been unresponsive on providing a shipping slip. Has me worried on next steps.
