Business credit building tools
I just started using this company's business credit building tools, and I'm really happy with how things are going. Their suggestions to open a business bank account with one of their partners have been really helpful for my small business. I would definitely recommend their services to any new business trying to build credit.
Personalized assistance and great customer service
The person I talked to, Skyler, was super helpful and really knew their stuff. They listened to my questions and gave me really good answers. I really liked how they paid attention to all the details and gave great customer service.
Tech help for setting up
I was really nervous about setting up my new tech by myself, but Joe was a huge help and made me feel much more at ease. He was really friendly over the phone and worked with me to get everything set up. It was a great experience!
Business credit building frustration
At first, I really liked using this service to help boost my business credit. But then, things started to get frustrating because they made some changes without really telling us. For example, last year they just stopped showing Paydex scores on credit reports all of a sudden. I had to reach out to someone to find out that they were still sending the info to D&B, but now we had to pay for both their stuff and D&B's in order to see our Paydex scores. It seemed like a tricky way to get us to spend more money.
And on top of that, when a payment didn't go through, instead of just stopping my service, they kept trying to charge my card over and over until they finally sent me off to collections. It just felt so shady and like they weren't being upfront with us. The whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth.
