At first, I really liked using this service to help boost my business credit. But then, things started to get frustrating because they made some changes without really telling us. For example, last year they just stopped showing Paydex scores on credit reports all of a sudden. I had to reach out to someone to find out that they were still sending the info to D&B, but now we had to pay for both their stuff and D&B's in order to see our Paydex scores. It seemed like a tricky way to get us to spend more money.
And on top of that, when a payment didn't go through, instead of just stopping my service, they kept trying to charge my card over and over until they finally sent me off to collections. It just felt so shady and like they weren't being upfront with us. The whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth.Business checking assistance
The customer service at this company is really top-notch. I contacted them for some help with our business checking account, and they were able to give us some quick and effective solutions to our issues. The reps really knew their stuff, were super professional, and made everything run really smoothly. It was a stress-free experience. We are definitely impressed by their skills and feeling good about keeping our business relationship with them going in the future.

I was really impressed with the customer service I got from Nav. I had some questions and was having a hard time getting in touch with their customer service. But then this guy Joe B. got back to me quickly and was super helpful in fixing things up for me. He really went out of his way to make sure my problems were taken care of promptly. I'm really grateful for his hard work and professionalism.
