Long and time-consuming surveys with low pay
Surveys can be a drag sometimes with puny rewards, but they've been more worth it for me lately. I do wish they'd cough up more cash, but hey, at least the website looks nice. Who knows, maybe someday I'll strike it rich!

Sterling Silver Necklace
This place can be hit or miss. I found it by chance when I was on the hunt for a statement necklace and thought I'd give it a shot. They had an okay selection, but the quality wasn't really up to par for me. The prices were okay, but I didn't feel they were worth it for what I got. Ordering was easy, but the customer service was pretty lackluster. My necklace showed up late, which was annoying. All in all, I wasn't too impressed.

Men's XL jacket
I just picked up this Men's XL jacket from Sportsman's Guide, but man, they really messed up. They sent me a kid's size instead, which is a bummer after dropping over $100 on it. And to make matters worse, I had to pay to ship it back and they're keeping a chunk of my refund too. Not cool.

I was really impressed with the customer service I got from Nav. I had some questions and was having a hard time getting in touch with their customer service. But then this guy Joe B. got back to me quickly and was super helpful in fixing things up for me. He really went out of his way to make sure my problems were taken care of promptly. I'm really grateful for his hard work and professionalism.
