Power wheelchair purchase
I just got a power wheelchair and needed help keeping track of when it would arrive. Ada Richards was so helpful and nice. She made everything simple and I didn't have to worry. I really value her great customer service and how she paid attention to all the details. Thanks a lot, Ada Richards!

Flamingo chair cushions
I recently bought a pair of flamingo chair cushions for my kitchen table from this company. I really liked the print, so even though they were a bit pricey at $50, I decided to go for it. Unfortunately, my whole experience with this company was pretty disappointing. It took over a month for the cushions to arrive, and I had to keep reaching out to check on my order. When they finally showed up, the quality was really bad - nothing like what I saw on the website. I decided to return them, but I had to ask multiple times for the return info before I got it. And then, after they got the cushions back, it took them another two weeks to give me my refund, even though they said it would be quicker. On top of that, they made me pay $10 for shipping back their lousy product. All in all, a super frustrating experience that ended up costing me more than I bargained for.
