Online order, unable to return in store
I just bought some stuff online from this store, thinking I could just return anything that didn't fit in-person. But when my order arrived, nothing fit right. So I tried taking the things back to the store, only to find out they were closing and couldn't take returns. Now I'm stuck with clothes that don't fit and it'll cost too much to send them back.

Online purchase mix-up
I wanted to share my recent experience with an online purchase I made for a special occasion. I was really disappointed with the service I got. I paid extra for fast shipping, but ended up getting someone else's order with my name and address on it. After reaching out to customer service, I was told to send back the wrong order, which I did right away. But even after weeks passed, I never got my right order or a refund. It was super frustrating and I had to end up canceling my order. The customer service from that online store is terrible and it left me feeling cheated and unhappy.

Home gym equipment
I'm really let down by my experience with this fitness company. I bought some home gym equipment for my super active 16-year-old athlete as a birthday gift back in April, with hopes it would arrive in time for track season and summer swimming. But it never came. Despite sending heaps of emails and making endless phone calls, the company kept saying it would be here soon, only to let us down every time. Not only did they miss the deadline, but now I'm skeptical about the product's quality and if it would even fit right if it finally did arrive. Steer clear of this company to save yourself some cash and hassle.
