    Children's clothing purchase

    I bought some kids' clothes at this store not too long ago and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. I had some trouble canceling my account and on top of that, they were charging me a monthly fee even when my balance was zero. Canceling the card was a whole headache - they wanted to fax me the cancellation papers, which felt like such a hassle. It seemed like they were just trying to make it harder for me to close my account.

    Clear aligners purchase

    I recently got some clear aligners from this teeth-straightening company. The service was alright, but the aligners didn't completely fix my bite issue. They did make it better though. But then, when I contacted the company to ask about continuing my treatment, they hit me with an extra $2,000 bill, which was way more than I was expecting because of a recent price increase. It felt pretty shady, like they were trying to take advantage of me. And when I tried to get a reprint of my last tray, they said I'd have to pay for it myself. They wouldn't even give me a retainer for long-term maintenance. Talking to customer service didn't give me much hope that they'd fix things.

    Bio Performance Serum for day and night

    I recently bought the Bio Performance Serum for day and night and I was blown away by how well the samples worked. But when I started using the full-sized product, I noticed a big change in how it worked on my skin. It got me thinking if the samples were misleading or if there was really a difference in the product between the samples and the 30ml bottle. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send me a return and replacement form. But all they did was email me basically saying it was my fault for not using it right. I was super let down and felt like I wasted $200 on a product that didn't do what I thought it would. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy from this brand again after this experience.

    I just wanted to give some feedback on my recent purchase from your company. One of my packages ended up taking longer to arrive, but I have to say, the customer service I got from Eve was amazing. She really went above and beyond to help me track down my package and make sure it was on its way. Not only did she refund me for the delayed postage, but she also gave me a 10% discount on my order as a nice gesture. I was really blown away by how much Eve cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase.

    Tedious account set up

    Setting up electricity service was such a hassle. I was on the phone forever and ended up with multiple accounts for the same address. It took talking to nine different people before I was able to schedule a start date, and then I got an email with a totally different date. What a mess!
